When We Share Personal Information

Lead Search Group does not sell personal information.

We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

Clients and Prospective Employers

As part of our recruitment services, we may share candidate information with a client or prospective employer when considering a candidate for an employment opportunity. We seek appropriate consent before presenting identifiable candidate information to a client where required.

Service Providers

We may use third party service providers to support our website, communications, technology, data storage, recruitment activities and other business operations. These providers may process personal information on our behalf to perform services for us.

Legal and Business Requirements

We may disclose personal information where required or permitted by applicable law, including in response to lawful requests, subpoenas, court orders or regulatory requirements, to protect our legal rights, or to investigate fraud, security concerns or other unlawful activity.

Personal information may also be transferred as part of a proposed or completed business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Recruitment and Candidate Information

Recruitment relationships may continue beyond a single search. Where appropriate and permitted by law, we may retain candidate information so that we can maintain our professional relationship with you and consider you for future opportunities that may align with your experience and interests.

We may contact candidates about opportunities we reasonably believe could be relevant based on professional background, experience or previously expressed interests.

Candidate information is not automatically provided to every client. When we believe there may be an appropriate match, we may contact you to discuss the opportunity and, where required, obtain your consent before disclosing identifiable information to the client.

Submitting a resume, participating in an interview or otherwise engaging with Lead Search Group does not guarantee that you will be presented for a particular role, receive an interview or obtain employment.

You may unsubscribe from promotional communications by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication or by contacting us directly. We will process unsubscribe requests in accordance with applicable law.

Even if you unsubscribe from promotional communications, we may continue to send communications that are necessary to an active recruitment process, business relationship or transaction where permitted by law.

Service Providers and Information Outside Canada

Some service providers may store or process personal information outside your province or outside Canada, including in the United States or other jurisdictions.
