Founded by Magdalena Duleba-Lapensee, our approach brings together experienced judgment, deep candidate relationships and a personal commitment to every search. We listen carefully, ask better questions and take the time to understand what matters to both sides of a hire.
Recruitment Was Always About the Relationship.
Before founding Lead Search Group, Magdalena Duleba-Lapensee spent years in traditional recruitment agencies. She loved the work, but wanted to build a firm where relationships came before sales targets and transactions.
Her approach was clear: listen closely, understand the people on both sides of a hire and stay connected beyond the placement. She believed clients and candidates deserved that level of care.
So in 2015, she founded Lead Search Group. The next day, she had her first search.
