The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with multiple payroll activities related to weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing of unionized and non-unionized employees. The ideal candidate has achieved their Certification (PCP) through the National Payroll Institute, and offers 3+ years of payroll administration experience, coupled with knowledge of current legislative requirements and CRA regulations, and Intermediate to Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Focused on providing outsourced accounting services, the successful candidate will support a diverse portfolio of business (i.e. entrepreneurially-led technology start-ups as well as larger organizations) in Canada and the US. We are recruiting for a Talent Development Manager to join our client in the financial services industry downtown Toronto. Reporting to the HR Director, and functioning as a key member of the HR team, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing organization-wide Talent Development programs. Qualifications required include a Bachelor’s Degree in HR (or related field), advanced knowledge of, and experience in, designing and implementing talent development programs, principles and processes, and leadership development programming (a must). Instructional design understanding also required, coupled with excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Financial services industry experience strongly preferred.
